How often do the AquaTru filters need to be replaced?
Filter longevity depends on your local water quality and usage. Typically, the Pre-Filter and VOC Carbon filter last 6–12 months, while the Reverse Osmosis membrane lasts 12–24 months.
What is your return policy for water purification systems?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your AquaTru system, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping and handling.
