At AquaTru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the AquaTru unit and all original components in the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
